The stages of a project
with WARE ID

    Analysis of requirements
    Contact is made with a pre-sales consultant. The aim of this meeting is to gather all the information needed to check the feasibility of the project.

  • 02.

    Implementation of a POC and testing
    Our pre-sales team will come and install the solution on your site to test it for 4 weeks. Following this test, we will validate the solution together.

  • 03.

    Planning
    A project manager manages a deployment schedule and monitors the progress of the project with the various players.

  • 04.

    Mastering and preparation
    Our production team creates the master, assembles the products and tests the solutions before delivering them.

  • 05.

    Commissioning and training
    Our technical team will deploy the solution on your site and train administrators and users.

  • 06.

    Support and maintenance
    We support you after commissioning with different levels of after-sales services, from hotline to on-site troubleshooting or simply with remote updates.
