The FREESCAN 120I

The FREESCAN 120i is an automated pallet barcode reading system. It is integrated into C3 and C5 forklift trucks in order to make the traceability process more reliable for our logistics customers, while improving working conditions for forklift operators.
It can read 1D and 2D barcodes over an area 80cm wide by 80cm high. It interfaces with all the WMS on the market thanks to its reception box, which connects to your on-board IT equipment.
The on-board software enables us to configure your process to send the right data to the WMS. It’s then easy to carry out your homogenous pallet receiving, replenishment, preparation or transfer tasks.
This solution saves time and improves ergonomics. No more repetitive movements with the barcode reader, no more musculoskeletal disorders or accidents in the workplace.

The new 120I

Equipped with a 4GB/32GB quad core processor, the FREESCAN 120I is one of the most powerful readers on the market. Its 20MP camera and intelligent lighting will enable you to achieve excellent reading performance on medium to high-resolution SSCC codes as soon as the pallet enters the forks. Thanks to the quality of its new Sony EXMOR sensor, it is also possible to take HD photos of the pallets each time they are read.

Thanks to its small size and design, the 120I can be easily installed on forklift trucks without any prior modification.
